Hello everyone I hope you are all keeping well still.
Reading all the reports about banks and their past behaviour ,which is still coming to light,I wonder how long it is going to carry on for.
One should remember that what has taken place cannot be altered. You can though change your behaviour for the future and I wonder if enough is being done at top level with the right decisions.
If at the top they feel that they do not have the right skills to imply to the rest of the company that morals and what is right is the only way then they need to give the job to someone who will consistently in-still in the workforce the correct and only way to go.
The public in the U.K., still do not trust the banking industry and many answer when asked about trust they say "things will not change they are still the same now".
That answer they also give to large corporations by the way.
It is because they have got used to it being that way.Things are and have to change because if only a reasonable amount of customers changed to another competitor then profitability goes the way of the wind.
It just shows there is a long way to go and public relations is still way behind the curve. At the front of house you need real people dealing with customers and training is important.
Just throwing money at nice adverts will not on its' own solve the problem. We have a lot of hard work in front of us and starting now is the way it should be.
Current accounts have to be the first part of the equation where the start will be noticed.
Current accounts have to be looked at by more banks and financial companies as this is where the public notice things and complain the most.
To get to the position of a sustainable bank or financial institution will take time but as at this point in time banks are still well down the order of what customers accept as being good.
Happy and successful investing to you all.

The banking sun is arising.
Hello everyone I hope you are all very well today.
It is nice to see that the thaw between the banks and the central bank Governor is at long last happening.
One should also recognise that this has occurred after going through the crisis of the last 5 years. As in all circumstances in life decisions often come about by a persons' attitude of mind.
Banks should not however think this is a change back to the old ways.It is not.Even through the crisis we have had plenty of good bankers in the system, they have just not been in a power of position to put thing right and keep them so.
Now is the time to step forward and take charge for the future.Customers should take top priority in actual front line public relations .As I have said before it must lead from the top and be in every part of the business.
Cosmetic public relations is no good It has to be in the blood stream and remain so.
The U.K. need a good sustainable banking system and it needs to start now.We can lead and others will follow .We should be in a position to help and advise others in the industry ,whether in the U.K. or no,t the correct way to be.
The country needs this implementation of sustainability and so does the public.
This is the first move by the central bank governor, not the one and only. The baton now needs to be taken up by the banking industry.Pulling the wool over the central banks or regulators eyes will be the last thing to do by any sustainable financial organisation.
Take notice that close supervision is what it is all about. And it will be for the future.
Happy and successful investing by you all.

Is there a sea change in Banking.
Hello everyone I hope you are all keeping well these days.
Welcome to the first of many articles about banking ,how it may survive and remain sustainable in every part.
I have just read that a meeting took place between the Church leaders of various denominations and commercial business and corporate leaders.2 days ago.
I do hope that all of those involved that do not already realise change is here for good.
Banking is so necessary to society today like energy and water. It therefore needs monitoring closely all the time .You take your eye of the ball and look what happens .A financial crash.
And their is more pain to come as some of the financial organisations reveal their debt packages hidden offshore that the regulators are nosing around for.We have not seen it all yet.
This all affects society as a whole and therefore we need to monitor a lot more of the activity taking place. If we have to take on more investigation staff that is what we have to do.
The effects of what we are going through is costing us more as a global world than taking on more staff.
The sustainable activity of financial organisations must now be top priority. It must be led from the top totally and if it is not the top should change.
Sustainable Banking is what society will demand if it is not set in process now.
Society will not wait if it not shown to be happening and continuing to proceed forward.
It will also include the public relation side of marketing to work along side the changes so customers and society are aware of the changing tides.
Happy and successful investing to you all.
